5-Day Observership
Participants spend five days observing hair transplant procedures and the clinical workflow associated with hair restoration surgery. OT Setup & Surgical Workflow
Participants gain practical exposure to the preparation and organization required for hair transplant procedures: OT setup, surgical instruments, patient preparation, procedural workflow, graft handling, surgical organization, and safety/sterility considerations.
Hands-On Graft Extraction & Implantation
Hands-on exposure to graft extraction and implantation on models and patients under appropriate supervision. Practice graft extraction, handling of follicular grafts, graft preservation, recipient site preparation, implantation principles, direction, angulation, and density planning.
One Full Surgery Under Direct Supervision
The Premium Program provides the opportunity to perform one full surgery under the direct supervision of Dr. Vikas Panthri himself. This is designed to help participants translate the concepts learned during the program into an actual surgical workflow while receiving direct guidance.
